Privacy Policy

Ambassador Global ("we", "us") is an evangelistic ministry led by Noah & Chloe Gibson, based in Manchester, New Hampshire. This policy explains how we handle information on ambassadorglobal.us, including our TikTok integration.

1. Website visitors

When you submit a form (prayer request, contact, visit plan), we collect only what you enter, such as your name, email, or phone, and use it to respond to you and care for you. We do not sell or rent personal information.

2. TikTok integration

Our site uses TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API only so ministry staff can post Ambassador Global's own videos to the ministry's own TikTok accounts. It is not offered to the public for posting.

When an authorized account owner connects TikTok, we receive:

We use this data only to identify the connected account and to upload videos that the account owner has reviewed and approved. Tokens are stored securely (encrypted, access-restricted, never exposed in the browser or shared). We do not read followers, messages, or other users' data, and we do not use TikTok data for advertising or profiling.

3. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Data is shared only with service providers that host our site and only as needed to run it, or when required by law.

4. Retention, revocation & deletion

TikTok data is kept only while the account stays connected. You can revoke access anytime in TikTok (Settings → Security & permissions → Apps) or by emailing us. On revocation or request, we delete the stored tokens and profile data within 30 days.

5. Children

Our integration is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

6. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here.
