Be in shorts or pants for the pool — per Pastor Noah's directive.

Lower lobby is open to guests. Be in position — greet everyone who comes through. Be warm, be present, be welcoming.
Direct guests up to the sanctuary. Let them know Pastor Carol will seat them.
11:00 AM — Through 11:20 AM
Continue hosting the lower lobby as service begins and late arrivals come in.
During Service — Altar Call
Make your way to the back of the room with your hand up and connect cards and pens ready.
When Pastor Noah says "follow Brother David," lead people with your hand up to the upper lobby.
Connect with people — encourage them to get planted into church. Help them fill out connect cards. Max 5 minutes in the lobby.
Let them know there is water baptism after service. Direct those interested to meet you and Lindsey in the upper lobby.
After Service — Baptisms
Assist people down to the baptism location with Pastor Noah.
Meet Lindsey at the baptism pool — be ready to greet people before Pastor Noah arrives.

Location confirmed Friday. Indoor or outdoor — this protocol is the same.
Lindsey has baptism certificates. Lindsey and David will be at the baptism pool ready to greet people before Pastor Noah comes down.
Bobby — stand with Pastor Noah directly after service as his second ear. Walk him down. Be in the pool if needed per Pastor Noah's directive.
David — assist people down to the baptism location with Pastor Noah.
Emma — bring speaker downstairs. Play "Washed" or anything off the setlist. Nothing too loud.
Crystal — photograph baptisms. Confirm settings for the environment.
