Culture
“Every house has a culture — some would call them manners - and in this one, we look like Jesus.”
Just as every nation has a standard and way of living, Ambassador Global has a culture and it mirrors the Kingdom. We do not control people; we set a Biblical standard for growth.
Our aim is to clearly follow the example Jesus set and become more like Him every day.
Honor — We treat every person with respect and value, as made in the image of God. Hebrews 6:10 — “God is not unjust so as to overlook your work and the love that you have shown for his name in serving the saints.”
Unity - Our service should strengthen what God is building — not bring confusion, complacency, or division. We ask: “Is what I’m bringing helping move the vision forward?” “From Him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.” — Ephesians 4:16
Excellence — We give our best in everything, because Jesus is worthy of our best. Colossians 3:23–24 — “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward.”
Growth — We pursue spiritual, personal, and relational maturity daily. 2 Timothy 2:20–21 — “In a large house there are not only vessels of gold and silver but also of wood and clay, some for honorable use, some for dishonorable. Therefore, if anyone cleanses himself from what is dishonorable, he will be a vessel for honorable use, set apart as holy, useful to the master of the house, ready for every good work.”
Humility — We lead by serving and stay teachable in every season. Philippians 2:3–4 — “Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.”
Love — We do all things from a place of compassion and sincerity.John 13:34–35 — “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
1 Corinthians 13:1–3 — “If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal… and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.”
Self-Control — We discipline our words, emotions, and choices to reflect Christ. Ephesians 4:1–3 — “Walk in a manner worthy of the calling... with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.”
Presence over Performance— We prioritize presence with Jesus over performance for Him. — Luke 10:41–42 “Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things, but one thing is necessary. Mary has chosen the good portion, which will not be taken away from her.” “Apart from Me you can do nothing.” — John 15:5
